The solution
Cloud Heroes upgraded Generative Parametrics’ workstations to the latest specifications, and secured its computers and users from a single location. The solution also provides users with secure access to the system on different devices. To safeguard data, Cloud Heroes installed ‘BitLocker’ drive encryption on all devices.
For maximum security, Cloud Heroes delivered a broadband-based Internet Protocol Virtual Private Network (IPVPN) connection and private backup service from its UK data centre. The solution fully encrypts all data flowing in and out of the business, making it unreadable in the unlikely event of a breach. And for secure remote access to its systems and files, Cloud Heroes installed ‘Veeam Backup’ and a firewall with VPN access. Generative Parametrics also chose Cloud Heroes’ support package, giving the team constant access to its experts.
